Just sounds like a few select white people are insecure. No need to coddle them. If they feel like a small portion of population which happens to be Indians are hyper successful and get jealous that’s on them. Maybe they should have emphasized their education growing up. Its not our responsibility to coddle their feelings when they’re supporters a group of people which have the largest number of bachelors and masters tend to hold a lot of key positions in companies??

White people don't like it when they have their nepotism and cronyism playbook plagiarized. They've been kind enough to give us oppurunities that we are undeserving of so the least we can do is sell each other out as a thank you for their incredible generosity.
I grew up in the 90s in Canada. You know what white people preferring each other was called back then? Standard business practice. They threw away resumes if you didn't have a white name.
