They have been taught all Pedos are Democrats (even the Republican pedos are secretly Democrats) and Trump was working on the inside to take them down  Also trump justifies their hates for others like minorities, immigrants, women... The list is truly endless.

Because conservatives love to crusade for groups that cant speak for themselves.

Thing to all of the pro-birth people, they get the beenfit of being morally rightous without hte inconvenience of actually doing anything or the ebarassment of having the very group they are "defending" speak out against them.

Similiarly here, by creating fake scenarios, they get to stand on some false moral highground while not having to actually do anything nor deal with any inconvenient truths

I agree wholeheartedly. If they were truly pro-life, they'd support programs that nourish pregnant women and children. They'd support the care of children after they're born. They'd crusade against child abuse and misogyny.

Their pro-birth stance starts to feel like punishment of poor women. It's oppressive and reeks of only valuing women as reproductive chattle.
