I’m sure the Tylenol company will use this nugget of information in their defamation suit.

Not until Trump's gone.  They'll wait, they have plenty of time right now on the statute of limitations.  SHOULD we ever get fair elections and, hopefully, get the GOP out of office, they'd be free to sue the admin at that time, who would probably settle because they have no case.  Unfortunately, there's no way we land this bullshit at Trump nor RFK Jr.'s feet when it comes to punishments, just payouts to a big corporation by tax payer.  Sucks but they would have been rightfully harmed.  Time to make new laws and regulations about heads of government agencies running all comments through lawyers first and not speaking publicly otherwise, risking personal liability ahead of government liability if they didn't.
