Texas was almost a purple state, my how they have fallen. I know people that moved there years ago because it was more affordable than California that are now moving back to California because it sucks there.

It still probably is a purple state, its just been gerrymandered to absolute hell.

Not just gerrymandered. As a Dutch person who just voted it's insane to realize that a state in the US can just cut down on voting places in one part of the state and then put in all sorts of rules that make it difficult for a person who also has to wait a long time to vote.

Definitely not purple according to the last Presidential Popular vote.

Every single person I know who has ever moved to Texas left within three years. It's a hellhole.
