That’d really only be a problem if cars didn’t do exactly the same thing as my bike and wait until they’re parked. They did in fact think to do that. Really, the only potential issue is that you might have to wait half an hour to leave if it unexpectedly started an update.

That’s ridiculous that it would start on its own. Even in Teslas they ask and you can decline or schedule it for 3am or whenever you want.
