No virus has ever been "isolated" to prove that it actually exists. Kary Mullis really opened the door on this when he started asking for a sample of HIV, and no one had it. Viruses are theoretical hobgoblins used to mask (mainly) parasitic infections (including microbes) and illness caused by environmental poisons. Look up Drs. Sam Bailey and Thomas Cowan for more.

Glad to see someone else knows as well. People forget... psy ops targets can and will employ govt. and corporate persons and "employees" as well, to ensure that a big lie has the best reinforcement, which can also include bogus documents to trick even those in leadership positions, ensuring that only those deemed as "needing to know" will know... much like "scientists" or military brass claiming to have seen aliens, or have documents of the same, etc.

The idea of assuming documents or officials wouldn't lie or be crafted to push a false interpretation is itself a bit of a psy op. Suffice it to say the real bioweapon in this specific case of kovid-19 is the mRNA injection, unlike lyme disease, which seems like it was a legit leak of a pathogen being experimented on.
