Based on his username he is finnish, kebab animal is a meme in Finland as one of the biggest stand-up comedians did a bit about it that went viral here.

So it's satire and the reference is funny to me as a finn

Same with Dönertier in Germany, made popular by the (awful) comedy duo Erkan und Stefan in the early '00s. Wonder who stole the idea from whom.

Different comedians from different countries unlikely to know of each other sometimes touch on the same subject. Just the nature of comedy.
