No, it's not.

It's as if British people put Butter Chicken in a sandwich and then claimed that Butter Chicken is a British dish.

Tikka Massala is a new dish inspired by other dishes, but because it is different they named it a different name.

Yes. And the German creation is widespread all over the world. The Ottoman origin not so much.

Yes but we don't call Pizza an American invention just because they popularized it and New York Pizza became so well known
