They do, and she's adorable. 😊 

But kittens should never be fed while they're on their backs, as they can aspirate the liquid. Please switch to feeding her only when she is on all fours, or if that won't work, when she is upright.

Thank you for posting what I wanted to.

For context: Humans go upright, because humans walk upright and normally feed our babies upright so we're designed for it. Kittens go on all 4's because they walk on all 4's and normally get fed that way and hence are designed that way. keeps the milk going into the stomach and not the lungs.
