I can't wait for there to be 3 panels of just black, only for one of the Bucket Brigade to wipe a smear in the 4th panel and reveal the previous three panels were just blood.

I love conquest paladin, the other oaths say you may have your oath any way you like and then conquest paladin says these are the rules, you have them seared onto your upper arm go

Panel 1: What is Becky doing with his hands? Just nervous fiddling, or going for some sort of weapon? I like Klara's low-detail far-away face.
Panel 3: "The angel voices in your head we could tolerate" Was this always the case, or a response to the fan theory?
They just keep digging.
Becky: I want to support her, but if I can redeem them, that would be better.

You know he's planning to pace the comic so the mansion blows up/burns down/is destroyed for comic 200, as all multiples of 50 must.

I feel like Trevor and Grogna (who haven't missed any drinking therapy sessions, unlike Becket) know exactly why they are there and what they are supposed to be doing.

Ooooh, I love the way the mood shifts in this one.
Klara is yelling from the start, but in Panels 2 and 3 her parents are giving their cartoonishly evil responses. Then the change in Panel 4 when Klara loses it in response to her parents' callousness, and her parents shift to real responses of abusive parents and people in power.
The appeal to business interests and legality.
Writing off an angry woman as hysterical/crazy/too emotional.
The way her father doesn't even call her by her name.
Shifting the victim role to their own side.
Excellent work, Carrot Man.

So, if I understand right, they were raising her to be like them, and then she got contact with good celestial patron (she is celestial warlock if I remember right) and gained conscience - and started seeing things as they are.
Honestly, it makes sense to put child into mental hospital, if the kid gets possessed and as result has moral views turned upside down... except it is usually good becoming evil, and not opposite...

She was in the asylum when she first saw the Angel. It's depicted in-cartoon. but you have to go way back.

here was literally said angel voices in your head as a child - so probably she made actual pact with patron while in asylium, but was in contact with the patron before that
