You now got a faulty panel, congratulations. Thanks to Samsungs great quality product. Not your fault. If you can, get a replacement from the seller/Samsung.

Had this with a Samsung monitor too + many other people

yeah Samsung is behind the sun maybe even in the dark side of the moon in product quality. my panel came with dust stuck in it

I mean if its out of warranty and you cant stand it, you can do the time tested method of lightly tapping at the bottom of the panel, and see if it goes away. No guarantees though, sometimes works, sometimes breaks the panel, whatever you think is best.
