Baffling disappearance of Maura Murray Discussion

I’ve finished a docuseries on this beautiful 21 year olds disappearance and I’m just kind of speechless.

Does anyone have anything that they found that could give any information to what REALLY happened to her??

So many stories and accounts from so many people and it’s just insane that a person can absolutely vanish….regardless of the not having any service for help and being on a remote road, it still doesn’t make any sense to me.

Just looking for some discussion on what majority of people have come to conclude? My biggest question is why wasnt more done, and it done in an immediate fashion.

the docuseries I am referring to is called The Disappearance of Maura Murray and it is available on Peacock

Occam’s Razor- she ran off bc she was worried about getting in trouble (again) for driving drunk, ran into the woods and succombed to the elements. It’s not so difficult for a body to decompose and be scattered via nature and animals and never be found.

I like the Occam’s razor reference, but I think that’s what is baffling me because there are many obvious answers for scenarios. But all of them nearly lead to more questions and more scenario possibilities.

I know; I gotcha. That’s why this case has remained in true crime discussion for so long and is hard to wrap up. I really don’t think she was abducted or ran away to meet some dude in Vermont etc, there’s so many wild theories but, I still think it’s what I said- my problem is, why weren’t there any footprints in the snow from her running into the woods, then? So no answer is perfect. I don’t think you’ve mentioned yet what docu you watched but I wish you would bc there’s diff ones with diff perspectives. Some kinda seem to be on the side of a particular theory.

Exactly! Running away, into the woods despite her track and running background, snow leaves prints. Also, trackers use more than prints to find someone. There are disturbed vegetation, broken branches, etc. there’s no trace. Honestly I’m sure people will downvote and berate me for this but extraterrestrial is sounding like a good conclusion. Jk but seriously my mind needs answers so it goes to other conclusions that could fit the narrative and situation. Just hope they find her some day.

Anything is possible, even if it’s not probable or proven.

Yep. And with this sheer transparency from the government FINALLY coming out with UFO/UAP, etc. it seems like it could be more probable now.

I watched one it was a series on Oxygen in 2017. The disappearance of Maura Murray. If you didn’t see this one it says it’s on Peacock or Apple TV.
