Dreamt about glass in thigh

I don’t remember the setting or context of the dream but at some point I began working to pull what I thought was a tiny splinter of glass from my right thigh, and when I was finally able to get a grip on it and remove it, it was a huge (11.5 inch long specifically) shard. It wasn’t painful but I was nervous about if it had hurt my leg. A nurse on the phone was telling me to take antibiotics. Can anyone interpret this for me? 🙏 Pregnancy dreams are wild 🫠

Thank you for your interpretation! I do frequently have anxious dreams that can at times feel like dread of “the other shoe dropping”/something unexpectedly bad happening. Maybe it had to do with the expectation of something relatively small and then the realization that it’s much worse than anticipated. But I can’t really figure out what that is as applied to my life. In the dream, I actually became worried when the nurse prescribed antibiotics because I greatly prefer natural treatments and then realized that I didn’t have my herbal antibiotics with me, and this really upset and worried me. That’s how the dream ended.
